Terms of Service

Welcome to Medieval Merchant. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.

Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full before production or shipping unless another payment arrangement has been agreed upon in advance.

We may cancel or refuse an order if there is a pricing error, payment issue, product availability problem, or other reasonable concern.

Custom-Made Products

Some of our products are made according to the measurements and specifications provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and customization details.

Custom-made or personalized products are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a verified manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Shipping

Estimated delivery times are:

United States: 5–14 business days
Outside the United States: 14–28 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs, couriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping charges may apply.

Taxes & Customs

Prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local charges unless specifically stated.

Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Eligible stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, unwashed, unaltered, and in resalable condition.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

Unless the return is caused by our error or a verified manufacturing defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not charge a separate restocking fee unless clearly stated before purchase.

Exchanges

Stock items may be eligible for exchange.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping, reshipping costs, and any difference in product price.

Custom-made products generally cannot be exchanged if they were produced correctly according to the measurements and specifications provided.

Defects & Sizing Issues

If you receive a defective, incorrect, or improperly manufactured item, contact us with clear photos and details.

For sizing issues involving a custom-made product, we may request photos showing your measurements with a measuring tape.

If the error is confirmed to be ours, we may provide a replacement, remake, repair, or refund as appropriate.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If a parcel appears to be lost, we may open an investigation with the shipping provider.

If a parcel is officially confirmed as lost, we may provide a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product and contact us as soon as possible.

Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the order status, product type, and circumstances of the return.

Certain costs, including shipping, completed custom work, materials, and non-refundable payment-processing charges, may be deducted where applicable.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, materials, sizing, and images accurately.

However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screens, handmade production, materials, and manufacturing differences.

Website Use

You may not use this website for unlawful activities, fraud, unauthorized access, harmful software, or misuse of our content.

All website content, including images, descriptions, logos, graphics, and product information, belongs to or is licensed to Medieval Merchant and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Medieval Merchant is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by use of our website, products, delivery services, or third-party providers.

Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
