Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

At Medieval Merchant, we aim to ship every order safely and as efficiently as possible. Shipping times, costs, and available carriers may vary depending on the product, destination, package size, and order weight.

Shipping Methods

We use suitable postal or courier services depending on the destination, product type, availability, and current shipping conditions.

If you prefer a specific courier such as DHL or another international service, please contact us at medievalmerchant@gmail.com before placing your order or immediately after checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination

  • Package weight

  • Package dimensions

  • Selected shipping service

If a technical error causes the shipping cost to be calculated incorrectly, we may contact you regarding any additional shipping payment required before dispatch.

Large or heavy orders may be divided into multiple packages if required by the postal or courier service.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • United States: 5–14 business days, depending on the item and shipping method

  • Outside the United States: 14–28 business days

These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances outside our control, including:

  • Customs inspections

  • Courier or postal delays

  • Public holidays

  • Weather conditions

  • International transport disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Product prices and shipping charges do not include import duties, customs fees, VAT, or local taxes unless specifically stated otherwise.

Any applicable import duties, customs charges, or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking your country's import requirements before placing an order.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If a parcel is returned because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping charges before the order can be resent.

Please check your shipping information carefully before completing checkout.

Unclaimed or Refused Parcels

If a parcel is returned because it was:

  • Not collected

  • Refused by the customer

  • Undeliverable due to customer-related reasons

the order may be resent at the customer's expense.

Original shipping charges may not be refundable.

Lost Parcels

If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at medievalmerchant@gmail.com.

We will open an investigation or search request with the applicable postal or courier service.

If the parcel is officially confirmed as lost, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement

  • Reshipment

  • Refund

The final resolution may depend on the carrier's investigation and the circumstances of the shipment.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:

  • Photograph the outer packaging before opening where possible

  • Take clear photographs of the damaged item

  • Keep all original packaging

  • Report the issue to the delivery company if required

  • Contact us at medievalmerchant@gmail.com as soon as possible

Transport damage claims may be subject to the courier or postal service's investigation.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Medieval Merchant is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, postal services, couriers, weather, holidays, or other external events.
